How long does each appointment take? Allow 10-15 minutes. Visit sweetprints.net to consider colors, ribbons, and styles before your appointment to make it go more quickly.
How long does it take to get my item back? Approximately 6 weeks as it is hand finished and painted to order. Order can be picked up in store, or shipped to you for additional shipping and handling charge.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Sweet Prints accepts all major credit cards, checks, and cash.
Do I need an appointment? Appointments are highly recommended to ensure enough materials are available; however Sweet Prints will do their best to accommodate walk-ins or early/late arrivals.
I want duplicates- Does each impression have to be taken separately?
Yes. No stamps or molds are used, each keepsake is a one-of-a-kind impression.
Can special requests be accommodated?
